How do I register for an account?

Registering is easy, simply fill out the registration form. We will need to verify the information. You will have access to our catalogue and pricing once we have approved your registration.

Are the Korean brands and Korean products you carry authentic?

All the products at Korean Skincare Supply are authentic and imported from Korea, CPNP registered.

What is the Minimum Order Amount and Quantity?

There is a MOQ (minimum order quantity) of 3 products. MOA is €350. 

Do I get free samples?

Yes, we offer free samples with every order.

Can I revise or cancel my order?

Send us an email at info@koreanskincaresupply.com within 12 hours or go to our live chat support for revision or cancelation of your order. Mention your order number and we will put your order on hold until further instructions.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to every country in the European Union. However, not every brand can be shipped to every country due distribution rights, agreed with the producer. We will notify you which brands we do not have authority to supply to your country.

What is the shipping cost and how long does it take to arrive?

Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands.

Can I track my order?

Your will receive a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

What payment methods do you accept?

Advance payments by wire transfer as per invoiced amount in EUR. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you an order confirmation and invoice to complete the payment. 

Do I have to pay taxes?

If you have a VIES VAT number, then you are exempt from the tax. Otherwise, 21% VAT will be applied to your invoice. Dutch clients must pay 21% VAT.
